Merrill made his commercial debut with The Playboy of Neville (1971) on stage and with a TV movie The Deadliest Season (1977) on screen . In that same year, he stepped into the film industry with his first film Julia (1977). The 1978 film, The Dear Hunter, and the 1979 film Kramer vs Kramer , on which Hindi movie Akele Hum Akele was based on you [5] , gave him critical and commercial success; Where the first film gave him his first Oscar nomination, the second won the first win. Streep was born in Summit, New Jersey . [6] Her mother, Mary Wolf (born Mary Wilkinson, 1915-2001), was a professional artist and art editor, and her father, Harry William Streep Jr. (1910-2003), was executive at Merck and Company Pharmaceutical Company.
