Michael Joseph Jackson ( August 29 , 1958 - June 25 , 2009 ) was a popular American pop singer, also known as King of Pop . Michael was the seventh child of the Jackson couple, who started professionally singing only at the age of eleven years. At that time he used to be a member of the Jackson-5 group. In 1971, he started his personal career, although at the same time he was a member of the group. Jackson quickly collected coins in the world of singer and became famous as the King of Pop . Among his most selling albums include Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991) andHistory (1995) is prominent. However, the thriller released in 1982 is considered to be his best-selling album so far.
In the early years of 1980, Jackson had emerged as one of the most popular stars of the American pop singing and entertainment world. His video was very loud on MTV .
