Thomas Jefferson (13 April 1743 - 4 July 1826) was the Chief President of the United States (1801-1809) and the American "Declaration of Independence" (1776). Jefferson was a political philosopher and scholar. They were from the Democratic-Republican Party. He was known by many intellectuals from England and France .
