The life and times of Shri Ram ji are described in the form of Sanskrit epic Ramayana by Maharishi Valmiki . But no archaeological department has yet received any evidence from the excavation. But in the Ramayana, in the search of Sita, there is a reference to construct a 25-kilometer stone bridge to go to Sri Lanka, which is called Ramsetu, it is still present, which has been estimated five thousand years ago in carbon dancing.
According to the belief, Goswami Tulsidas has also composed the devotional epic Ramcharitmanas , centered on his life Apart from these two other Indian languages, Ramayana's compositions have also been made, which are quite famous. Especially in North India, Ram is the most revered and ideal man. They are also embellished with the word Purushottam. Maurya Purshottam Ram, the king of Ayodhya was the eldest son of Dasharatha and Rani Kaushalya . Ram's wife's name was Sita ; she had three brothers- Laxman , Bharat and Shatrughna . Hanuman is considered to be the biggest devotee of Ram. Rama's King Ravana of Lanka(Who had adopted the path of unrighteousness). Ram's prestige is in the form of Amadea Purshottam. Ram left the state, friends, parents, even wife, to follow the limit. Their family represents the ideal Indian family. Ram was born in Raghuqul, whose tradition was not known to be Pran Jahun Bara Bachanu . [1] Ram's father Dasharath gave his step-mother Kaikeyi the promise to fulfill any of his two desires. Kaikeyi came in the seduction of the maid Mandhra and demanded fourteen years of exile for Raja Rajyasan of Ayodhya and Ram for his son Bharat from Raja Dasaratha as these brides To protect the father's promise, Ram happily accepted the exile of fourteen years. Wife sitaGiving the example of an ideal wife, it is advisable to go with her husband to forest Bhai Lakshman also spent fourteen years in the forest with Ram. Bharat turned down the order of the mother for justice and brought his stepmother (Khadauen) to the elder brother Ram near the forest. Then it was the rule of the throne. When Ram was a resident, his wife took Sita to Ravana Haran (Churu). In the forest, Ram got a friend and a devotee like Hanuman who completed all the works of Ram. Ram found Hanuman, Sugriva, etc. with the help of great men of the ape tribe. Bringing a bridge in the sea reached Lanka and fought with Ravan. Hit him and bring Sita back. When Ram returned to Ayodhya, Bharat handed over the state to him. Ram was fair. They have done very good rule, so people still give good governance to Ramrajya . His two sons Kush and LoveHas managed their states Many festivals of Vedic religion , such as Dussehra , Ram Navami and Deepawali , are related to the legend of Ram.

Nominal derivation and meaning edit ]

The word 'ram' occurs with the help of 'ghum' suffix in 'ram' metal. [2] The meaning of 'ram' metal is related to Raman (resident, vihar). They are 'Raman' (resident) in the heart of the zodiac, so 'Ram' and the devotees make them 'Raman' (meditation), so also they are 'Ram'. In his commentary on Vishnu Sahasranama ', Adi Shankaracharya cited Padmapuraan , saying that Nityanandas form Yogis in God form, hence they are 'Rama'. [3]

    Antiquity in avatar edit ]

The mention of 'Ram' in Vedic literature is not found in the prevailing form. The word 'Rama' has been used only in two places in Rig Veda [4] (10-3-3 and 10-93-14). One of them is used in the meaning of black color (night darkness) [5] and the rest is used in the person's meaning [6] ; But there is no sign of them being the incarnation of the male or Dasarath. Although Neelkanth Chaturdhar has chosen many mantras of the Rig Veda from his own discretion, he has made his Ram Katha meaning but this is his personal belief. The ramaktaparaka meaning of those mantras has not been proved by any indication or any other commentator obtained in those episodes of Rig Veda itself. At one place in Rigveda, 'Ikshvaku' (10-60-4) [7] and at one place[8] The word 'Dashratha' (1-126-4) has also been used. But there is no indication of their affiliation with Rama. [9]
In the Brahmin literature, the word 'Ram' has been used in Atreya Brahmin on two sites [10] (7-5-1 {= 7-27} and 7-5-8 {= 7-34}); But there he has been called 'Ramo Margayya', which means that according to Acharya Sainan, the son of a woman named 'Mrigavu' is there. [11] The word 'Rama' has been used on [10] at one place in Sathapatha Brahmin (4-6-1-7). Here the 'Ram' is in the form of yajna and it is called 'Ramapatpaswini'. [12] This implies that the supernatural form of the prevailing ram is the same as the Valmiki Ramayana and Puranas .

    Birth edit ]

    Ram-Bani, from Akbar's Ramayana
The following description is available in relation to Ramji's birth in the most authentic treatise associated with the story of Ramji, in the Adikavya Valmiki Ramayana: -
    ...................... Chaitre Navamike Date ..
    Constipation
Gravesh karkate ke baare vakpatavinduna ko .. [13]
That is, on the ninth date of Chaitra month, in the rehabilitation nakshatra, when five planets were in their high places and on the status of Jupiter with Moon in Cancer, (Ramji was born).
Here only the condition of Jupiter and Moon are clear. Jupiter is high and the moon owns Further, the mention of the Sun is high in the fifteenth verse. Thus, Jupiter and Sun are known to be high. Mercury is always near the sun. Therefore it is impossible for the Buddha to be high (in the girl) when the Sun is in the high (in the Aries). Thus, the remaining three planets - Mars, Venus and Saturn - remain high. For this reason, most scholars have often believed that Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn are located in the high places of Ramji's birth.

Modern research on the birth of Lord Rama edit ]

Conventionally, Ram is believed to be born in Treta era. According to the statistics available in Hindu theology, especially in mythological literature, there are 43,20,000 years in a tetrice, in which 4,32,000 years of Kali Yuga and 8,64,000 years of Dwapara are. Ram was born in Treta Yuga, which means before Dwapar. Since Kaliyug is just beginning (approximately 5,500 years have passed) and Ram was born at the end of Treta, and the time of his present living on the earth with incarnation has been traditionally considered to be 11,000 years. [14] Therefore, 8,64,000 years of Dwapar era + 11,000 years of Ram's presentness - from the end of Dwapar era till now 5,100 years = total 880,100 years. Therefore, Rama's birth is traditionally believed to be around 880,100 years ago.
Eminent Marathi researcher Dr. Padmakar Vishnu Vartak has considered this time as a possible possibility. He says that the Vindhyachal and the height of the Himalaya at one place in the Valmiki Ramayana is said to be the same. The height of Vindhyachal is 5,000 feet and it is often stable, while the height of the Himalayas is currently 29,029 feet and it is constantly incremental. The difference between the height of both is 24,029 feet. According to the experts' belief, the Himalayas grow by 3 feet in 100 years. So, the Himalayas will take about 8,01,000 years to increase 24,029 feet. So, about 8,01,000 years ago, the height of the Himalayas has been similar to Vindhyachal, which has been mentioned in the present-day form in the Valmiki Ramayana. In this way, Dr. Vartak seems to be possible with one point, but he himself believes that he can not confirm this time from any other source. [15]In his well-known treatise 'Vyav Ramayana', Dr. Vartak made sure that the actual birth date of Rama is December 4, 7323 BC, according to the planetary position mentioned in the Valmiki Ramayana [16] by doing mathematics mainly on the basis of the planets. According to him, this date would have been born between 1:30 to 3:00 in the day between Ram and Ram. [17]
After many years of research of Dr. P. V. Vartak [18] (2004), a research team of 'I-Sarva' proved Ramji's birth on January 10, 5114, using 'Planetarium Gold' software. . He believed that on this date the same planetary position was described in the Valmiki Ramayana. But this time it has become quite suspicious. The 'Planetarium Gold' by the research team of 'I-Sur' Using the software, he is not really able to do correct planetary calculations before 3000 BC. [19] Virtually no software capable of making planetary math before so much before 2013 was not available. [20] In this planetary position obtained by this computation, Saturn was in Scorpio, that is, not in High (Libra). The moon was not in the rehabilitated nakshatra only in the second phase of Pushya and the date was also Ashtami.[21] Later, in the exact calculation made by the other expert by ejplde431 software, the date is ninth, but Saturn comes only in Scorpio and in the fourth phase of Moon Pushy. [22] Therefore, the date of January 10, 5114 BC does not actually prove the birth date of Rama. In such a situation, now if the revised date already certified by Dr. PV Vartak is certified by the software, then the actual time of Ramji will be generally valid or in case of non-certification the path of research will be opened.

Major incidents of Ram's life edit ]

    Childhood and Sita-Swayam edit ]

    Defeat of Sita edit ]

    Ram and Sugriva meet
At the time of exile, Ravana had defeated Sita. Ravana was a monster and king of Lanka. According to the Ramayana, when Rama, Sita and Lakshman were in the cottage, Sita was disturbed after hearing a deer's voice. That Deer Ravana's maternal uncle was dead . At the behest of Ravana, he made a golden deer. Sita was fascinated by seeing him and requested Rama to hunt that deer. Ram started fulfilling his wishes and asked Lakshman to protect Sita. Marich took Ram very far. On getting an opportunity, Ram started an arrow and killed Deer Marich. Mert-die Marich loudly said, "O Sita! Laxman!" The voice of Sita became anxious to hear that voice and asked Lakshman to go to Ram. Laxman did not want to go, but could not refuse the talk of his sister-in-law. Laxman pulled a line before going, whichLaxman is famous as the line .
